Our firm was formed in 1995. We have 1 Proprietor, 1 principal and 3 staff and support personnel working with clients in accounting and auditing, taxation and various consulting services. Although we serve all size clients in some capacity, our clientele consists primarily of small and medium-size businesses.

Our professional objectives are to provide the highest quality services on a timely basis. As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants, our accounting and auditing practice has been subjected to a review by another firm of CPA's. We have received an unqualified opinion as a result of that review. We extend our client relationships to include ongoing contact and services to achieve our firm's services objectives.

Alan T. Hall is the firm's founder. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and a current member of the American & Illinois CPA Societies. He has 24 years of experience in the areas of accounting, tax planning & preparation, business consulting & auditing. He worked for and gained experience from Simmons & Simmons, CPA's, Grant Thornton International CPA firm and Hill Taylor & Co. He has serviced such clients as Soft Sheen International, City of Chicago Heights, The New Regal Theater, as well as many other retail, professional and business establishments.

George E. Harris is a graduate of DePaul University with a BSC in accounting and holds an MBA from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. He has 25 years experience in the areas of auditing, business, financial and marketing plan development, tax research, planning and preparation. He has serviced such clients as City of Chicago Heights, Village of Maywood, Village of Oak Park, City of Chicago, County of Cook, State of Illinois, Water Reclamation District, Of Greater Chicago, The New Regal Theater, New Cities Development Corporation, as well as many other retail, professional and business establishments.

Our management personnel provides a hands on as well as an administrative and supervisory approach to performing accounting, auditing & consulting engagements. We believe this approach to be a unique and advantageous characteristic of our firm when compared to others simply because the online level of expertise and experience operating at the hands on level of the engagement cannot be matched by our competitors. Moreover this approach provides us with a distinct advantage to problem solving in the field because management personnel with significant experience and skill are readily available and easily accessible to answer questions and address and resolve problem issues when they arise.
